By using Virelio AI, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About Virelio AI
Virelio AI provides AI-powered tools that help users create, edit, generate, enhance, preview, and save short video content from text prompts, images, and related creative inputs.
The App may include free features, paid features, subscriptions, credits, advertising-supported features, or other service options. Available features may vary by region, device, app version, account status, and service configuration.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the App under the laws of your country or region.
Virelio AI is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age required by applicable law to use online services independently, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account and Security
Some features may require an account, login method, or purchase account through Google Play or another supported platform.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when using account-related features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may request account deletion where this feature is available. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, security needs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment records, or legitimate business purposes.
4. User Content
"User Content" means any text prompts, images, videos, files, feedback, or other materials that you upload, submit, enter, create, or provide through the App.
You retain any rights you own in your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use your User Content as needed to provide, operate, improve, secure, and support Virelio AI.
You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authority needed to upload, submit, generate, use, and share your User Content.
Do not upload or generate content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform policies, applicable laws, or the rights of any person or entity.
5. Generated Content
"Generated Content" means images, videos, outputs, previews, or other materials created through the App using AI tools.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, applicable laws, third-party terms, and any restrictions shown in the App, you may use Generated Content for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, unsuitable for some uses, or similar to outputs generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before using, publishing, sharing, or relying on it.
We do not guarantee that Generated Content is unique, copyright-free, suitable for commercial use, or free from third-party rights claims.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Virelio AI for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purpose.
You must not use the App to upload, create, generate, distribute, or promote content that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Impersonates another person or falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation
- Contains scams, phishing, fraud, spam, or misleading claims
- Contains hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or abusive material
- Contains sexual exploitation, abuse, or inappropriate content involving minors
- Encourages violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or dangerous conduct
- Violates applicable laws, regulations, Google Play policies, or third-party terms
- Uses a person's image, voice, identity, or likeness without required permission
- Creates deceptive synthetic media intended to mislead others
You also agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App
- Interfere with servers, networks, security systems, or service operation
- Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated access without permission
- Circumvent usage limits, payment systems, moderation systems, or access controls
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or services
- Use the App to distribute malware or harmful code
7. Content Review and Enforcement
We may review, block, remove, restrict, or refuse content or generation requests if we believe they violate this Agreement, applicable law, platform policies, third-party rights, or service safety requirements.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the App if we believe a user has violated this Agreement, created risk for the service or others, abused the App, or used the App in a way that may expose us or others to legal or security risk.
We are not obligated to monitor all content, and we do not guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected or removed.
8. Paid Features, Subscriptions, and Credits
Virelio AI may offer paid features, subscriptions, credits, usage packages, premium tools, higher usage limits, faster processing, watermark removal, high-quality exports, or an ad-free experience.
Prices, features, limits, renewal terms, and availability may vary by region, platform, app version, and promotional offer.
Payments and subscriptions made through Google Play are managed by Google Play. Your purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing rights are subject to Google Play's terms and policies.
You can manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Credits or usage packages may expire, may be limited to your account, and may not be transferable unless required by law or expressly stated in the App.
9. Advertising
The App may include advertising-supported features. Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising partners.
We are not responsible for third-party advertisements, external links, offers, products, services, or claims. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.
10. Intellectual Property
Virelio AI, including its software, interface, features, designs, logos, text, graphics, templates, systems, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not copy, sell, lease, distribute, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the App except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may use or connect to third-party services, including cloud services, AI processing providers, analytics tools, advertising networks, payment platforms, SDKs, APIs, and content services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, systems, or data practices.
12. Privacy
Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using Virelio AI, you acknowledge that your information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.
13. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including features, prices, subscriptions, credits, usage limits, generation models, output quality, templates, or technical requirements.
We may also perform maintenance, updates, or security changes that affect service availability.
14. Disclaimers
Virelio AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, available in all locations, or suitable for your intended purpose.
AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts, inaccuracies, unexpected results, or similarities to other content. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of content, service interruption, device issues, business losses, or damages related to your use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:
- Your use of the App
- Your User Content or Generated Content
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
- Your misuse of the App or any generated output
17. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created legal or security risk, abused the service, or used the App in a harmful or unlawful way.
After termination, sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.
18. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice as appropriate, such as by updating the effective date, posting the updated Agreement, or providing an in-app notice.
Your continued use of Virelio AI after the updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you should stop using the App.
